Shipping term
The shipping date depends on the availability of the products.
For each product, a shipping date (availability of goods) is given, which describes when the products can be shipped (it usually takes 3 to 15 working days). We make every effort to ensure that your orders are processed as soon as possible. However, it may happen that the actual delivery time will be extended, but then we will inform you about it immediately.
If you order more products, the shipment date for the entire order is adjusted to the product with the longest delivery time.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost is calculated individually for each order and depends on the weight and dimensions of the purchased goods. The shipping cost is calculated when adding the product to the cart.
Adding a product to the basket and checking delivery costs does not oblige to further fulfill the order and purchase.
The shipping cost consists of the following elements:
- the cost of the shipping company service
- the cost of the pallet or cardboard packaging
- cost of securing the goods (foil, polystyrene, cardboard dividers, tape).
The goods are shipped by courier companies, on half-pallets and on pallets of the following dimensions
- 80x60 inch
- 80x120 inch
- 100x120 inch
- 120x120 inch
Products weighing up to 50 kg that can be shipped in a cardboard box.
The total weight of the shipment is calculated by the system and the final shipping cost is given when ordering. In the case of ordering more products, the shipping cost is agreed individually with the customer.

Delivery
Pallet shipments are delivered to the customer by cars with a lift. The driver unloads the goods on the property at the address indicated. The courier is not obliged to set the ordered product at the destination.
All shipments are insured. Before collecting the parcel from the courier, please always check that it has not been damaged in transit. If the packaging has visible external damage, we advise you to refuse delivery of the package and contact us by phone.
In the event of damage caused during delivery, the courier draws up a damage report, which, together with the bill of lading, is the basis for the complaint.
